The training for development practitioner has a modular structure.
The foundation modules are its basis. They familiarize students with the contents of the training.
The following modules are considered the basis:
– Introduction to Human Development, Biography and the Anthroposophical Understanding of Humans and Life.
– Community & Resource Mapping
– Building Initiatives (project work, networking, project work, crowd-funding, facilitating).
Details where current foundation modules are implemented are available on request.
In our Re-Thinking Modules or Thematic Modules a particular topic is delved into and critically examined and reflected upon can be conducted via virtual platforms.

In our Re-Claiming Modules or Implementation Modules, is where practical learning takes place which focus on empowering the participant as part of turning learning into a professional action. These modules are carried out on site.
